All about ValGal Motors

Falling in love with classic cars at a young age, River’s first purchase was a ‘63 Valiant 4 door, with push button transmission. The Plymouth Valiants are an incredible car, well known for the slant six “indestructible” engine. They were manufactured all over the world from 1960 to approx 1976, and the engines lived on in other Dodge and industrial applications.

Over the years, and with the purchase of her next valiant in 2020, River was inspired to get more serious about her mechanical knowledge. Since then she has added every model of Valiant from 1963 to 1966, including Valiant sation wagons, a 1964 and ‘66 Barracuda, a ‘65 Valiant convertible, and several other 2 and 4 door models.

Wanting to share her passion for classic cars and the beauty found in the visuals they provide, River founded Valgal Motors. Renting her cars as a chauffeur for all of life’s events, including weddings, graduations, or a classy date night. Understanding the beauty of these cars, River also rents them out for photo shoots, and offers photography packagages with the event rental.

Outside of cars, mechanics, and YouTubing, River has expanded her passion to old vans and vanlife, sharing her knowledge and safety of such with her fellow female vanlifers. River also has an eye for photography, seeking the beauty in the discarded and abandoned places. Her style emphasizes texture and color all, using the camera to guide your focus.
