The Origin Of ValGal Motors
River fell in love with Valiants since she was 16 and her first car was a 63 Valiant 4 door with push button transmission. She has pursued mechanical knowledge through the years but started getting serious when she bought her next Valiant in 2020. Since then she has added every model of Valiant from 1963-1966 including, Valiant Sation wagons, a 1964 Barracuda and a 1966 Barracuda plus a 1965 Valiant convertible and several other models of 2 door and 4 doors.
River has also begun an obsession with old vans and vanlife to which she hopes to share her knowledge and safety with especially her fellow female vanlifers. River is also a unique photographer in that she seeks the beauty in the discarded and abandoned places. Her style is her own with a emphasis on texture and color all the while drawing the users eye to the exact spot she wants you to see first. River does not use Photoshop and only uses Lightroom for minor editing. Everything is done in camera.
The Plymouth Valiants are an incredible car well known for the slant six “indestructible” engine. They were manufactured all over the world from 1960 to approx 1976. The engines lived on in other Dodge and industrial applications. When she isnt YouTubing or working on cars, River rents out her cars for special occasions such as weddings, graduation, date night and also offers photography in all packages EXCEPT the wedding one.
